David and Julie Sherriff were recently privileged to take over the guardianship of this wonderful property and are delighted to be able to welcome new and established guests alike to share in its quirky delights.
With a background in customer service and after several years of farming they have a passion for ensuring their guests enjoy the best possible experience and are able to sample freshly prepared quality food sourced from suppliers who are equally passionate about producing quality ingredients.
David and Julie share their lives with several dogs, some of whom you are likely to meet during your stay, and enjoy a variety of country pursuits, mostly revolving around their furry friends.
As well as the established team they have been joined in this venture by their daughter Alex and son Harry. Their aim is to continue to build on the established reputation of the hotel of delivering outstanding service and a friendly and relaxing environment coupled with superb food.
Built in the 16th century as a wool merchant's house, the Corinium Hotel offers fifteen individual bedrooms, a locally renowned restaurant and cosy popular bar, which are all full of Cotswold charm.
Our secluded walled garden provides a lovely spot to enjoy either a quiet drink or dine alfresco. The Hotel also has the benefit of a large free car park within its own grounds.
